Package the Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the parcel is securely sealed.
Ship the Parcel
Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
